Give us a quick overview on RipenApps. When and how did you begin this journey and what were your motives to be successful in app development?
RipenApps is a leading Mobile Application and Web Development company delivering services across the globe. At RipenApps we process custom development this enables us to develop and deliver as per the requirements and demand.
We have developed apps for almost every segment. Whether it is Social Networking, eCommerce, Restaurants or for managing processes and employees within an organization, we have crafted resourceful solutions. Even the latest genres like IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality or not untouched, we have already scaled with the technology and have been effectively handling the client requirements pertaining to above technologies.
Since the time I got associated with Mobile Technology, I was constantly analyzing the need of quality mobile apps, there were millions of apps available on store for a purpose but they were not actually solving the purpose. With extensive experience and in-depth knowledge about the domain I planned to incorporate RipenApps. As the name resembles our objective is to deliver mobile apps with an UI/UX that shall be appraised by users and those actually solves the purpose.
Our motive, objective, vision, and mission are to satisfy the needs of our clients and support their vision by delivering them satisfaction in products we develop.

What is your role in the management and development of RipenApps?

I do look after execution of processes and operations at RipenApps so as we shall manage and maintain to serve our clients with the best we shall, our entire team supports this vision. I am honored that I have been able to lead our workforce and things are turning out efficiently well.
While being on floor, I enjoy being a part from the conceptualization of products, contributing suggestions that will enhance the usability of the products.

Tell us about your biggest achievement in the industry
It has just started and there is a lot more to come, summarizing our achievements in such a short span, we have had the opportunity to partner with DELL and Adobe for their mobile application requirements. Also, we are working on a product for Amazon that in under beta testing.
Within 4 years we have 5 offices across the globe i.e. India, US, UK, UAE and Germany. We have clients from 30+ countries and have successfully delivered 200+ mobile apps and still counting.

How do you schedule the development phases of the apps to promise the timeline to your clients?
Timelines or project duration specifically depend upon the feature set that are required within the software. So, our calculation of timeline that we share with our clients is directly proportional to the time our software development process is going to take in delivery of quality software.

How do you help your clients in choosing the right yet profitable platform for app development?
After analyzing the requirement and carrying out development feasibility test, we share our recommendations regarding the platform they (our client's) shall opt for. Our recommendation is based on:
a)Region of launch
b)Target Audience
c)Technical feasibility
d)Third Party support available or not (if is required)

Which would you suggest for a successful and profitable business progression, Native or hybrid apps? How do you define the factors that influenced you to make this choice?
Both Native and Hybrid comes with their own advantages. Hybrid on one end is cost effective and easy to manage since there is only one code for both the platforms where as Native on the other side has much greater support available from specific operating systems and third parties.
In specific scenarios both shall be beneficial. Our recommendation is always based on:
a)Feasibility of concept development
b)Third Party support required
c)OS support required

How do you scheme your pricing model? How do you fix your budget?
We work on two different models in terms of pricing:
a)Fixed Cost Model - Where we assess the requirements in terms of effort and time it shall require for design and development and based on the same we share a fixed price quote with our clients.
b)Monthly Billing Model - This works where the requirements are not predetermined and there is possibility of constant changes in scope of work on the go or where there is a constant long term task. In this model, we share developers with our clients on monthly billing model and they keep working as per the requirements and instructions of our clients.

How helpful are the mobile apps developed by your team, for enhancing your clients’ business?
Majority of our clients are start ups with a technology product, we leave no stone not turned to provide them a robust software solution that shall meet the market requirements and help them hit right. Talking about enhancing client's business, our technology products have helped our clients earn million dollar revenue as on date.
On the other edge, we have also helped existing businesses to streamline their processes with the essence of technology and as per the feedback -  solutions we have developed for them have turned up to be very fruitful in minimizing their costs, enhancing their reach and adding more profit.

What according to you are the best practices to attain client satisfaction?
The prime factor is to understand the requirement well and then suggest custom solution accordingly. Our edge is that we develop each product from scratch and architecture it is exactly as per the specific requirement of client.
The next thing is to analyze the market need and suggest and add features to product accordingly. We have a dedicated analysis team that stay aligned to carry out market research for each product that we are developing and figures how best we shall facilitate the end users to use the solution and simplify lives.
Also, constant support and availability plays a vital role, as and when we hear from our client's regarding any issue they are facing with live product, we attentively look after the same on priority making them feel of an in-house team they are working with.

How do you update your business system to be in pace with the technological advancements?

Technological advancement is the nerve of IT business, with ever changing demands of industry technology is scaling each day, it is our prime consideration that we keep our team stay updated of evolving technological aspects so as we shall implement latest methodologies within solutions and processes and deliver the most advanced software that last for longer.

What are your thoughts about AR, VR and Internet of Things (IoT)?
New technologies are the need of the hour, if we do not involve emerging techniques such as AR, VR or IoT within solutions we are providing our clients, their products would not be able to find an edge with their competitors in market.
Introduction of AR/VR helps create greater user experiences within products and smooth line the lives of end consumers. Businesses are able to better express themselves and create a personal touch even being virtually connected with the help of these technological advancements.

What do you think will be the future of Mobile technology?

There is lot more to emerge I must say we are still in first half of horizon. We are no far from the day when we would be able to establish synchronization between human mind and the computers and then there would be no need to share input to devices by a key board or verbally.
I am thrilled by imagining the magnitude of multi tasking and multi processing that very day.
