Thank you to ADM for the $250 grant!! This grant was given as part of the ADM Cares- Dollars for Doers program. HSLC volunteer Abby McCarty applied for the grant after reaching the programs 40 volunteer hour requirement in September. If you are a volunteer, check with your employer to see if they have any similar programs! Your volunteer hours not only help care for the animals and keep the shelter going but could also raise some money to help out too!
