In loving memory
Hazel the deer
Hazel was a gentle, well-loved deer our community followed and adored online, until she was tragically struck by a vehicle near town. Neighbors came together to honor her with a memorial gift to the shelter.
Remembered with gratitude on the Wall of Thanks of the Humane Society of Logan County, the nonprofit animal shelter in Lincoln, Illinois, for kindness shown to the animals of Logan County.
